In the advent of The Dark Knight, and the birth of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the world may have been ready for an R rated adaptation of the celebrated graphic novel from director Zack Snyder. In this episode we discuss the film which centers around a mother and survivor who is determined to get her children to safety in the midst of a post-apocalyptic world where much of the population has been wiped out by mass suicides which are caused by seeing an unknown presence.
We also discuss what we've been watching and provide our commentary on films which bypass theaters to go straight to streaming services.
