With the passing of Lorraine Warren last week, we decided to start this episode with a dive into some of the famous cases and our familiarity with the famed ghost hunter with her husband Ed. The film is a fictionalized account of a haunting in a Rhode Island farmhouse in the 1970s. This film is a throwback to the films inspired by the Satanic Panic of the 1980s, along with hints of The Exorcist (1973) and Poltergeist (1982).
