2007 was a year of great films. The Departed, No Country for Old Men, and There Will Be Blood we’re the movie heavyweights of this year, but in the spring David Fincher released a somewhat forgotten masterpiece starring Jake Gyllenhaal as the San Francisco Chronicle cartoonist who became obsessed with catching the Zodiac Killer.
Before Mark Ruffalo and Robert Downey Jr. were anchoring the Marvel Cinematic Universe as The Hulk and Iron Man respectively, they were part of this stellar cast of investigators trying to solve the greatest mystery in Bay Area history.
